Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. You'll receive a notification once your order is on its way.
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days for standard shipping, depending on your destination. Some items ship directly from our overseas suppliers, which may extend delivery on certain orders. Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships so you can follow your shipment in real time.
Once your order has shipped and tracking is available, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use that number to monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking information, please allow a little extra time for it to be updated after shipping.
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We're unable to redirect packages once they've been dispatched, so it's important to make sure every detail is accurate at checkout.
