Return Window

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We'll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, items should be unused and in their original condition, in their original packaging when possible, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order details and photos of the issue so we can assess the situation and make it right for you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for a return or refund: items that have been used or opened, items damaged due to misuse or improper use, and items without valid proof of purchase. If you're unsure, please reach out and we'll be happy to help.

Refund Process

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
